Message	Does anyone know why the hood is opened with the prop-rod? Someone got out there and did that intentionally. Why would the cops, that were probably rushing to assist the driver and passenger decide to open the hood? I don't see any burn marks in the engine bay indicating that the car caught on fire and the Fire crew was trying to put it out or something. At the beginning of the news report, the first line says, "his speeding car crashed Thursday morning" Speeding as in a moving vehicle? Or speeding as in speeding above the speed limit?
